Corey leads all operations at Ironborne Industries from strategy and capital allocation to foundry operations and partner relations. His background spans asset recovery administration, technology infrastructure, and business formation across multiple verticals.
As Managing Principal, Corey holds 51% permanent equity and is responsible for executing the operational plan, managing the team, and delivering on the 5x auto-exit commitment to every Founding Partner.
He built the autonomous harvester system (patent pending), designed the revenue model, and personally oversees every phase of the operation from sand extraction to product shipment.
Rebecca Maguire
Rebecca oversees partner relations, investor communications, and financial reporting. She manages the distribution pipeline and ensures every partner receives accurate, timely updates on their investment performance.
Allie Pearson
Allie handles all administrative operations including entity compliance, document management, and operational logistics. She keeps the back office running so the foundry team can focus on production.
Tucker Pearson
Tucker manages day-to-day foundry operations including furnace management, casting, quality control, and product finishing. He leads the on-site crew and oversees the full production pipeline from raw concentrate to finished goods.
